The architecture project is the work of the architect which expresses the wishes of the beneficiary transposed in the space for construction. The architecture project also takes into account the urbanistic rules, fire safety and operational safety.
The structural project is the work of the structural engineer who establishes the dimensions and type of elements (poles, beams, floors, foundations) that support the construction. It defines the dimensions and reinforcement of concrete elements, dimensions and joining of metal elements and the type of necessary foundations. The design aims to provide resistance and stability to the construction at all actions (loads) that appear during the entire life of buildings (including seismic actions).
The installation project is the work of the installation engineer who establishes the type of equipment, routes of pipes, routes of tubes, electrical routes. The entire project is carried out in conformity with the above specializations and aims to provide thermal comfort and space use in the best conditions.
The vertical systematization projectis the work of the road engineer which establishes the access and use of construction in the best conditions. It determines the vehicle and pedestrian access in the premises of the property and aims to ease the traffic flow for making the use as easy as possible.
